1. Down payment just $99

When you have found the design service that is right for you, you can get the project started with an on-line payment of just $99. As soon as the payment is transferred, we will contact you to begin the design selection process. If you have any doubts or are interested in a special customized quote, please contact us.

2. Fill out a Product Evaluation

You will receive a brief survey that, once completed, will allow us to determine the nuances of your company, your preferences and your mission. With this insight into your business, we can design an image for you that is not only visually outstanding but that is also aligned with your company’s core competence.

3. Date of Delivery

As soon as you have filled out the evaluation form and returned it to us, you will be contacted by your personal account manager. The account manager is there to answer all your questions and to liaison directly with the graphic designers on your behalf. 3-5 days later you will receive your initial customized design concepts.

4. Presentations

Initially you will receive several design concepts, each one crafted in a different way, yet each retaining the core essence of your company. From these you can let your account manager know which you prefer and why. Although the majority of our clients find the design they are looking for in the first presentation, as we are committed to 110% customer satisfaction, you are entitled to unlimited concepts. This means that within 2 days we will send you another presentation until you are completely satisfied.

5. Revisions

When you decide on your concept, you will receive 4-7 versions of the original concept within one working day. The revisions are improvements based on your preferences and can be modified –unlimited within reason– until you find your ideal image design. This stage normally takes no more than 2-3 days and you can expect your new logo in just 10 days.

6. Final Files Delivered

Once you have selected your final design, we will finalize the logo design formatting. You will receive the image ready for printing in vector file form, basically a file that allows for unlimited enlargement or reduction (so, unlike files provided by other designers, it will not lose its quality no matter what). The vector file comes in full color (Pantone or CMYK). A jpeg file ready for web use will also be sent. You will be the sole proprietor of the copyright for your logo.
